Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we can exchange for size or style for the same value within 14 days of receiving purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaged as received.
If the item has been worn we cannot offer an exchange.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items or custom pieces.
We are unable to exchange earrings/pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
We are so sorry if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. If your item is faulty we will offer a repair, exchange or refund.
We do ask the customer to cover the shipping cost to return the item. We will email you once we have received your returned item and discuss how you would like to proceed. We will not repair or replace items with broken chain, chipped, cracked or general wear and tear items.
